Included in the share is: 5 lbs bacon,3 lbs bacon ends, 3 ham steaks, 1 ham end,1 shoulder roast, 18 lbs sausage (choose 3 varieties), combination of boneless and bone in pork chops (approximately 3 packs of each), Scrapple (if desired)
